i know the whole vanessa story (and yes, i think it's bogus) but this case has been a thorn in our side forever.....personally, i'm to the point where i'd like some kind of decision to be made....personally i think if icsid gave vanessa a fat settlement (i dont think they will but who knows?) it might scare hugo into acting correctly.

either way, i'd just like for this particular obstacle to be out of the way...i really get the feeling that the vanessa case has hampered kry's efforts...if ven was to give kry the permit before icsid decided it might negatively impact the decision...imo

i guess after a few years of the same old story i'm just getting anxious now that there is an "end in sight"....no matter how it ends i just want to know one thing.......who is gonna own the movie rights?
