It's time to put aside political issues to deal with problems that
really affect the Venezuelan Senén said Torrealba, president of
Fedecamaras Bolivar. In his view, economic and sustainable
development is possible only with the union of private and public
success of Yes in the referendum of constitutional amendment held
this Sunday in Venezuela represents a "positive signal of confidence
for the business," said President of the Federation of Chambers and
Associations of Production and Trade in the Bolivar State
(Fedecamaras) Senén Torrealba.
The leader said the victory of the Yes expedite the implementation of
various projects both in the state and national level
bolivarense. "There is a guarantee that these projects will be
continued," however, is indispensable for the participation of public
and private sectors.

"From now on the national government should strengthen the climate of
confidence conducive to encouraging investment by foreign and
domestic, that allows to overcome the effects of international
financial crisis," said Torrealba.

In this regard noted that private sector participation is essential
for productive development, economic and social development, as it
must work with government to undertake tasks that minimize the impact
of the financial debacle.

"Since Fedecamaras Bolivar stress the need for strategic business
alliance between the public and private sector, according to the
development of small and medium enterprises, employment generation,
security, social development and housing, so the revival of the
productive" , said the business leader.

It is important to remember that the Strategic Alliance Productiva
proposal was a year ago by President Hugo Chávez of Venezuela
entrepreneurship, among other things, to tackle high rates of
inflation and low investment levels.

At that time Senén Torrealba had agreed on the union government with
employers, because only then could reactivate the economy.
Fedecamaras said that since they have worked on developing proposals
and plans for the development of the state and country.

Since then we have conducted several meetings with both the state
governor, Francisco Rangel, as a citizen mayor, Jose Ramon Lopez, who
had heard the business proposals and approaches.

In the immediate

The government must implement measures to tackle the global economic
crisis is affecting the fall in oil prices, income and foreign
exchange revenue of the country.

Will impose anti-inflationary measures designed to increase
productivity to cope with the national budget deficit. In that sense,
Fedecamaras proposes enhancing national productivity and a brake on
inflationary phenomenon.

Among the proposals contained in the trade control prices of public
transport, revive the payment of tolls on roads and highways as a
means to help regional governments to raise revenue to enable them to
cover the costs of maintaining the roads and creating a comprehensive
incentive program to the domestic industry, able to energize and
increase job creation and alleviate the phenomenon of massive
layoffs.

Solution to the crisis

As for the crisis that cut across the core businesses, which impact
on many small and medium service providers, the president of
Fedecamaras urged the Venezuelan Corporation (CVG) from Guyana
to "get their accounts" and then cancel debts.

Although the CVG requested amount of debt to Fedecamaras, Torrealba
asked the corporation to collect the precise amount, because business
leaders are more cumbersome totalize delinquencies. "The most
convenient is that CVG is based on their records and each of their
businesses protected."

He commented that for small and medium enterprises that supply goods
and services to basic industries in Guyana is delicate and deserves
to be reviewed with the utmost seriousness and responsibility. "CVG
must come to an agreement and set a repayment schedule."

Fedecamaras a document sent to President Hugo Chávez to explain the
operational and financial crisis facing the small and medium
enterprises in Guyana, for the purpose of seeking a definitive
solution to the problem.

"Bad management"

The poor performance of Mibam Minister, Rodolfo Sanz, is one of the
reasons that motivate employers to address andalusia andalusia Chavez
urgently. "The CVG and its subsidiaries must be recovered (...)
However, the management of Minister Sanz there is no satisfactory
exit. If we start to evaluate all of the presidents after Rangel CVG,
we see that this is management that has had more negative the
corporation. "

However, he assured that "companies are recoverable, but not with a
management and (...) President Chavez should immediately assess the
situation and make a decision. We are going to put in a document the
need for immediate intervention to rescue the core businesses. "
