It wouldn't surprise me if Chavez, full of victory, would wait till the very last moment to announce some sort of solution for LC and LB. He might even let the arbitrartion begin, just to 'get' KRY and his former embassedor to Spain, who he feels turned his back on VZ and Chavez, for joining KRY. I don't for a minute think that he'll go all the way with the arbitration. He wants to get this gold mining thing dealt with. He just wants a 'Socialist 'country to be doing the mining.
