money, west texas itermediate is selling below venezuelan crude.......yes, hugo has cost you something.....

as far as he goes.....personally he just scares me because of the:

-violent crimes in venezuela committed by apparent govt supporters (riding police issue motorcycles)...

-pretty big arms purchases from russia/iran...

-rhetoric (i.e. big f'n mouth)
