Dave,

I'm with you! IMO this Board has pretty well agreed that KRY has a solid case against Venezuela. So, no merger with RML. Permit first! or Arbitration next.

I haven't been holding KRY for 3 years to end up being sold out in a cheap merger for peanuts.

Can anyone explain just what kind of defense could Venezuela present to the ICSID?
