RML would need big cash backing to even consider a move on KRY.

The KRY $100 million debt due Dec 2011 becomes immediately due upon a change in control in the company. That would result in immediate BK.

If RML could get a bunch of cash, I would have no problem considering an offer from them or anyone else with a real balance sheet. Otherwise, it would just be a complete waste of time that would do about as well as it did with GRZ, about 3% tendered.
