Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
As you asked so nicely - sure. KRY could be saved from bankruptcy by a permitted LC or by an agreed takeover with consent from bondholders (and CVG?) or both. RML (or any other company likely to obtain the LC permit) may satisfy the latter condition. You could argue that RML won't get the permits - and in VZ until something happens you are never certain it will happen - but I think the case that RML have the best chance (even if that chance is small in your opinion) of getting the permit is sound (e.g. Chavez has said they will mine LC, MinAmb has denied the permit to KRY, Sanz has said it is undecided who will mine LC).
You haven't answered my question of how Rml would save Kry from bankruptcy. You have give more pro Rml theory that you think Rml has the best chance of getting the permit to mine LC. You have also left out one major statement when you wrote (e.g. Chavez has said they will mine LC, MinAmb has denied the permit to KRY, Sanz has said it is undecided who will mine LC).
Sanz also said "Rusoro is not involved in Las Cristinas. Las Cristinas is Venezuela's!"
You say Kry could be saved from bankruptcy by a permitted LC. Here is where you lose all credibility. Of course a permitted LC would mean the end of people like you pushing the fear of bankruptcy before the 6 month process has even finished.
How do you suppose Kry would be better off getting bought by Rml when not only has Sanz said Rml is not involved in LC but will face bankruptcy much sooner than Kry will if no permit is issued for LC? VZ can not simply issue the permit to Rml for numerous reasons including the MOA contract with Kry and the fact that it is Kry's plans that have been approved.
You can do the math on your statement about 4 times current share price because my figures are correct based on what you proposed.
I really don't expect you to give a concrete plan on how Rml is going to be the savior for Kry because it doesn't exist.
