Hrattle, I truly believe that Kry or whoever buys Kry's MOA will mine LC.

RML doesn't have the money or expertise unless they get the engineering plans for the existing mine that Kry wants to build.

You may be right that Venrus will mine LC but as Sanz has said it won't be Rml alone. The reason I don't think even Venrus will mine LC is that Agapov himself has said on more that one occasion that any JV that they do with VZ, VZ has to pay their 50% share of the capitol costs of building the mine. No way VZ has the money to do that. Their best deal right now is to let Kry build the mine even if they plan to take it away later.

I agree that Kry will never see fair market value even if they get to mine LC. There will always be the VZ discount to the share price. The scales I mentioned tilt even more in our favour when we talk about Kry getting close to fair compensation.

Kry will come out of this night mare with their skin intact. We may not see 10$ plus that we should have gotten on a buy out but anyone who has averaged down will be OK. Even the guys in around $4 should break even or make a bit.

Some might think this a pipe dream but I sure don't.
