To me I don't buy RM's argument that the gov't is focused on other matters. That has been used by the company for the last 2 years. Plus RM keeps saying they are in constant contact with officials so that in itself says they are not focused on other matters. When they meet do they sit their and ignore KRY?

IMO its been over 90 days since KRY has requested their status and I don't care how slow VZ is in doing business this is an awfully long time for even them.

Again IMO but it seems there are only 2 options why they have not responded. One they will be booting KRY and are not going to bother or two they know the permit will be issued and are not bothering also. Either way as Midas said I don't think they will ever provide a status.
