I understood that during this hearing, "all evidence will be by affidavits (which the other party will have opportunity to cross examine on )".

Obviously, I am not a lawyer. I mistakenly assumed that there would be some verbal cross-examination by the lawyers of the bondholders at this initial court hearing which I expect will be an "open to the public" hearing.

Would it be worthwhile for someone who lives in the Toronto area to attend and then report back?

I would appreciate a reply, either from you or from any one of our other knowledgeable posters. TIA.
