swanny, here is my laymans understanding of GRZ's poison pill under the shareholders rights plan...

if rusoro's bid is not a "permitted bid" (which it is'nt imo)...

then GRZ's shares will be automatically doubled (something to do with debt)

hence: rusoro will have to scoop up twice as many shares....

sorry it's not real specific but i dont follow GRZ all that closely....a "poison pill" is basically put in place to avoid low ball hostile takeovers.....imo
