No more changes to our existing CONTRACT (SUCH AS ADDITIONAL SOCIAL PROGRAMS) unless, at a MINIMUM, KRY gets a firm, legal, EXTENTION of our contract to mine!!!!!

I wonder (since we're in wondering mode) whether the PERMIT comes before or after the Annual General Meeting, which is usually some time in MAY. If before, it will be a jubilant meeting, and if not, it will be pretty TENSE. But I will be there.
