The clinics, have been seen in the necessity to only take care of strict emergencias and the same are being transferred immediately, according to the case, towards the health centers public for their due attention.

Nevertheless, the industralists and owners of clinics wait for a quick solution to the case, because it is the life of the worker who that is putting into play.

Workers are not guilty

For the president of Federation of Cameras and Asociaciones of Commerce and Production of the State Bolivar, Fedecámaras Bolivar, Senen Torrealba; the situation of the basic companies is worrisome more and when the benefit of the service of health to the workers is being affected.

The measurement to cancel to consult and general attentions to the workers in the clinical centers of the city, was taken like last instance every time it was not possible to be continued maintaining, properly, the cost causing; to the point that the own professional of the medicine when not telling on his payments to short nor medium term, refuses to take the cases.

“The crisis that crosses the basic companies, has lamentably repelled in the benefit of services of the workers in the clinics and private centers of health. As owner of Clinic is worrisome to have arrived at the point to suspend the services except for strict emergencias, and in these cases are talking about the hospitals. Sometimes it is not the clinic, but the own doctor who refuses to continue giving his services by the lack of payment”.

Torrealba assured that neither the workers, suppliers nor contracts are the guilty of the situation, “is necessary to look for the culprit, I cannot indicate to no of them like causes of the problem, if they are harmed, how to provide, to contract or to be taken care of if there is no money”.

Nevertheless, it hopes that quick the situation is solved, arriving at terms where all see beneficiaries, to retake the actions within the sector health.

Favorable bilateral agreements

Finally, to the holder of Fedecámaras Bolivar, it was also consulted to him on the benefits that would bring for the country and the state, the agreements that recently president Hugo Chavez signed with his homologous one of Colombia.

Even though the state Bolivar is not border direct with Colombia, Torrealba catalogued like favorable the been suitable commercial relation with the neighboring country; then Venezuela has been characterized for being a dependent nation.

However, it showed that the country would have to advance more in the technological adjustment to obtain therefore the advance in the different industries and more competitive being with other nations from the world.

“To obtain a significant advance, we must deepen science and technology in industries like textilera, manufactures, raw material and waters down; because but we will continue being independent, less competitive, selling our raw material to other countries so that it is processed and soon not they sell them more expensive”, indicated.

Senen Torrealba applauded that it is retaken of the relations Venezuela and Colombia, and pleasingly recognized the efforts that the country is realising with other governments based on the enhancement of the economy in the nation; despite it stressed the importance of beginning to deepen the true changes towards the transformation and technological adjustment in all the commercial branches.
