Thats what they get for spending like drunken sailors on payday. No expertise, no money will come back to bite the people of VZ in the butt. By then, Chavez will either have lost and then the will leave the people to fend for themselves or he wins his admendment and start a campaign to demonize the west as the reason for the hard time. Either way, this current regime is unsustainable.
