January 27 PRIME-TASS. The Ministry of heavy industries and mining Venezuela / Mibam / plans put in place new rules for mining.

The Minister said: "We will refund the State control over the diamond mines Guaniamo, as well as enrichment plants, within 15 days, the state would, under the sovereign control and Las Kristinas.

Hmmmm....so we will have resolution before February 11th. What a boatload of crap!
