maybe hugo is trying to play the north american stock market with rusoro and is finding out that it's not so easy....ever wonder how every mine that rusoro has touched (previously reported as tapped out by hecla/GF) are within months getting reports of "record production" "low cash costs",etc,etc....

based on the news alone...rusoro stock should be thru the roof, but people are'nt biting....thats what no credibility does.... imo this was a stock market play by hugo/agapov and it has'nt worked...
