I've tried to let things run without too much intervention, as has BossKent, but this is getting out of control and needs to be stopped.

People are going to start getting banned if they cannot control their emotions and post appropriately. No screwing around, no warnings -- start acting like adults, not children.

I don't care if you are mail room or a President, and have one post or a thousand, if you can't get it together then just don't post until you can.
