TAXMAN, I totally agree. I have been around for 10 years plus and I remember the good old days, when management sought shareholder approval to continue the fight after the disaserous swan song by the fat lady, despite Carson's assurance that we had it in the bag and the Supreme court ruled in our favor.

That was the first time Carson spewed his garbage and he has not changed a bit.
