Vlada, I believe you are on the right track.

When Kry started the 6 month clock on VZ to issue the permit it was done with VZ knowing what we were doing. Kry has asked Sanz for written clarification on his comments to the media and RM has said they believe Sanz will reply.

IMHO, Kry knows exactly what is happening but can't say publically because the GRZ situation hasn't been resolved yet. If we were screwed, you would see a lot more PR coming from Kry fighting this. If Kry has verbal comformation from VZ and Sanz that Kry will be fine for mining or compensation for LC but Sanz can't put it into writting till after the Rml/Grz takeover is played out would you jepordize a deal by making public statements demanding answers that you already know?

If VZ wanted to simply recind our contract the time to do it would be now. This would put a lot more pressure on Grz shareholders to tender their shares to Rml. The longer the Grz/Rml saga plays out the longer we have to wait for a public answer.

I wouldn't be suprised if Kry has a deal all ready to be signed as soon as Grz is dealt with.
