The big difference betwen Grz and Kry has always been the concession vs contract. Which is better to have? Time will tell us but like most on this board I think a contract signed under the Chavez administration is better. Kry gave up their rights to the LC concession for a binding contract. Chavez can't use any of his propaganda against Kry since we was in power when the contract was signed.

Grz on the other hand has a concession that pre dates Chavez taking power. Chavez has said that only the concessions granted before he came to power are going to be taken back. I have no idea if Grz obtained their concesion through proper channels or illegal means but I'm willing to bet that if Grz doesn't sell out to Rml it will be taken back and charges of LB being obtained illegally will be sung to the media.

Kry is stuck till Grz is dealt with. I have no idea how long it will take but I'm going to guess that Sanz calls Doug into his office for a chat that will make the situation clear. Sell or you'll be thrown out.
