Venrus

I had seen today that many of us had said they were wondering about Rusoro's connection with Venrus. I posted thereply I had recieved from Rusoro. It plainly stated that they were in a 50/50 partnership with CVG, and that the resulting company was a subsiduary of Rusoro. He also stated that Venrus is a Venezuelan company.

I take this to mean that the Canadian company Rusoro has a Venezuelan subsiduary company partnered with the Venezualan State mining company CVG. To me that means that now Rusoro is ready to absorb ( or sell ) GRZ into Venrus, which will then be a 50/50 joint venture with VZ. If indeed this is so, it would mean that the problems of GRZ's concession are solved, and if CVG actually BOUGHT their half of GRZ from Rusoro, then there would be more money in this new companies coffers. I assume this has been the plan all along. With a 50/50 joint venture, it may be that VZ ( CVG ) will be footing half the cost of getting GRZ ( no defunct ) going. Voila, enough money to easily either 1)....start up work at LB, or 2)....Start a bid for KRY, either friendly or not, or...3) Keep KRY as the contractor and have Rusoro oversee the management, which leaves CVG to persue other matters.

What do you think?
