makin this whole thing just has me scratching my head...how can an offer of rusoro shares be worth anything if rusoro does'nt already have the rights to LB?

i'm not even convinced that rusoro is part of venrus...

i can see where venrus could be venezuela/agapov group...rusoro buys out GRZ, gets LB then it comes out that rusoro does'nt get LB....the agapov's and venezuela would get LB for nothing and GRZ shareholders would'nt have a leg to stand on for any type of restitution....this whole story is beginning to border on russian mafia fraud against 3 different nations....this is f'n insane! i cant believe theres not a government agency out there that is looking at this....where's the CIA when you need them?
