if the "plans" that hugo/agapov have been touting recently were actually cast in stone would'nt they be "tight lipped" about it....

rusoro is spending way too much time/money trying to prove they have the inside track to LC/LB...if this was a done deal they would'nt say anything until after the formal notification of the ven government...why rock the boat?

imo....this is a fishing expedition from both rusoro and hugo to see what the ramifications might be and to try and get GRZ/KRY to screw up (so far, both companies have stood up well and not blinked imo)....

i'm not sure about all of the legal ramifications but it seems to me that hugo's/rusoros scheme (whatever it might be) cant be carried out without GRZ shareholder approval..until after the GRZ vote we wont see anything official from venezuela....
