I don't think any of us should be surprised that Roy would take an opportunity to take an email from RM to a Vlada that he shared here and spin it into something he likes to call journalism.

Roy could have used a headline like Richard Marshall comments on President Chavez's address and let the readers decide what RM was saying.

He chose to sensationalize the headline in a way to infer that Crystallex is out of hope and is suing Venezuela.

Way to go Roy. Until now I had believed you were what you said you were. A reporter just telling the facts not making the news. You may have taken liberties with your opinion but I was led to believe you had actual factual information you were basing your comments on.

By taking this email (that you don't mention verifying) and reprinting it as news you have not only discredited everything you have written to date but in the future as well. If your valued sources are nothing more than posts from public bullboards it is no wonder you have been far off in your "reporting" of what is happening in VZ with mining.

The Ambassador to France becoming the new environmental minister. Ortega being fired, her husband being fired, both of them moving to other countries. The list goes on and on.

I suppose if I asked Rusoro what would happen if Venezuela decided to back out of the VenRus deal and decided to keep everything for themselves after you spent hundreds of millions what would you do?

I'm sure I would get a response about working things out and finding a solution that would make everyone happy. I would follow that question with what is you couldn't find an amicable solution, what would your last resort be going to arbitration or court. They would have to answer yes if they were being honest.
