Chavez comments

Is it possible that Chavez comments are referring to a joint venture (Venrus) for the clay deposits that were mentioned a couple months back? If I am not mistaken, those clay deposits are close by in an area called Christinas not Las Christinas. This could explain the presidents comments. Any thoughts?
