Today’s Press Release is totally ineffectual, and unacceptable, in my opinion.

When did Pres. Chavez give this speech, and why don’t we have an accurate, exact translation from KRY as to what he said?

Don’t we have KRY representatives in Venezuela that keep you posted as to all President Chavez’s announcements so that you can give the Public and Stockholders immediate confirmation of what was said, and if needed, and immediate rebuttal to ensuing faulty news reports. Maybe then there wouldn’t be any false reports!

Your current Press Release does not address the problems of blatant misinformation that FOLLOWS EACH report, primarily from Dow and Reuters, and Bloomberg, etc. How can you continually allow the news media to issue phony reports BEFORE you are able to issue a Press Release with CORRECT TRANSLATIONS of public STATEMENTS by top Venezuelan officials. Wouldn’t it be better for KRY to immediately issue a CORRECT translation BEFORE the “media” issue their “babblefish” interpretations?

It would please KRY SHAREHOLDERS IMMENSELY if you would give us an EXACT translation in English of what President Chavez said concerning Las Cristinas and KRY.

We would also appreciate your comments in a PRESS Release, on how President Chavez’ speech affects KRY’s MOC of Las Cristinas.

If you don’t have an English TRANSLATION, if you don’t know exactly what was said, and if you can’t comment on how Pres. Chave’ speech affects KRY, then there is something terribly wrong with the Management of this Company.

If my suggestion had been followed, and official English translations had been made public immediately, KRY stock wouldn’t be priced as it is, and KRY might not be entangled in frivolous lawsuits.

As a significant shareholder in KRY, I await your response.
