Over 1M volume KRY on NYSE/AMEX in less than the first hour of trading. Short term techs have all turned bullish, starting about 10am. Looks like current buying in from cost averaging speculators. Long term techs still in Bear mode, probably for a while.

This is not unusual for KRY sp with "bad" news. From past experience, the recent "bad" news will take a little time, as long as a week, for KRY sp to react. Will likely continue an overall downtrend until there is a good news PR.
