The decision not to renew the concession to Crystallex prevents the same thing from happening that (happened )with El Callao Gold Mining, a subsidiary of Hecla U.S. and the Canadian Gold Reserve, also present in Venezuela.

Now just what does this mean .......... "prevents the same thing from happening"........ my decoder ring isn't working.
