I wanted to repost some of these questions again because I feel that in the event KRY goes to court that this could play a huge part in their case. If Ruskaolin did receive their environmental permit during the ban and have been and are now operating (as Roy says) in the Imataca I would think VZ would not have a case. Was this permit given to Ruskaolin and kept under raps? If so I don't think VZ would want this out in the media with KRY and GRZ's case they have before them. Rusoro IR says they have no email address for Ruskaolin and not familiar with their situation. I find that suspect.

Did Ruskaolin get their environmental permit?

If so was it before or after the ban on open pit mining?

If so why are they allowed to operate during the ban.

Most importantly if they did receive their environmental permit was it kept quiet by the VZ gov't in order not to bolster KRY and GRZ's cases.
