I tried and asked he just said it is operation. Contacted Rusoro IR and you would think since Agapov is involved in Ruskaolin that would would have their email address and they said they have no email for them. Rusoro ir also said they didn't know much about Ruskaolin. I find that very very hard to believe and something doesn't seem right in all of this.
