my question is:

can a canadian company be part of a venezuelan/russian investment treaty?

if they cant be then the only way rusoro could be involved with LC/LB is in an "operator contract capacity"......

then..... ven would be breaking a contract with one canadian operator (kry) to give the job to another (rusoro)...

i would think this would cause a legal hiccup or two for venezuela....
