sure, but even winning litigation isn't collection of any judgement. Collecting doesn't seem a slam dunk, given all the others standing in line over oil, cement, etc. Winning against a bankrupt creditor might not help the ole' pocketbook any. I view lawsuits as an absolute last ditch scenario and think and hope KRY's BOD do also.

I suspect planned sp manipulation is behind a lot of the delays. Its given time for long/short/long/short/long/short right into a ten or twenty bagger before the permit is even issued. For some that is. Not for me.

I'm long and want the permit yesterday and find little comfort in terms of having a strong legal case.
