The lawfirms of Saraff @ Gentile, and Vianale @ Vianale are doing the original lawsuit together.

Federman @ Sherwood, are asking people who want to be involved in this class action suit to contact THEM ( Federman @ Sherman), to represent them.


Shareholders Foundation has to do with employees and concerns an investigation to do with retirement investments etc. It is JUST AN INVESTIGATION.

So there is only ONE lawsuit, three law firms wanting to be involved.
