KRY Vol. vs GRZ Vol.?

It seems there's a drastic difference in Volume between KRY and GRZ. Why such a big difference? Being that it seems GRZ would have the upper hand right now, why so Vol. so much lower than KRY? Just don't get it. Is it that investors see a much higher opportunity in KRY than GRZ?
