My take, were screwed and we will have to wait for some kind of offer from Chavez/CVG for damages resulting from a breach of contract. People here point out that no specific company was mentioned, but he did say, according to Rueters, that Vz will mine Las Christinas. Do we really need Chavez to mention Kry by name for this to be legit???

Kry will have to issue a press release tomorrow. This is a material event. Then maybe we will have 100% clarity. For better or worse....
