You are ignoring the part about Venrus CA being the miner. Venrus CA is set up and mining and the whole scenario fits with Chavez' love of all things russian, his socialist leanings and all of the rumours and comments that we have been hearing for months.

There seems to be an agenda here to convince people to go down with the ship. The bashing of RML is unrealistic and way overdone. It seems to me that when Chavez says he's going to do something like this that he usually ends up doing it.
