I seem to remember that there was an announcement that VZ was setting up a new company to oversee all the resource action in VZ. At the time, there were thoughts that this might replace CVG. It seems that an amount of funding was also mentioned. If CVG is managed so poorly, and is basically broke, is not moving things forward, and as well seems to be full of conflic within, maybe there is a transition happening. Can anyone else confirm if I am remembering correctly?

It could certainly be a reason for the delays.
