Facts = Computershare is challenging KRY's ownership in VZ.



The only place ownership has been in question has been the media.



No place in a press release or by KRY's admission has anything changed in the contract.



If so KRY has created a major violation of material information.



Anything beyond that by a basher or anyone else is only speculation and I am speculating that Computershare will not have a case.....PERIOD!
