Hrattle, you are talking about the note holders correct?

What do they have to go by? They are basing their case on accusations in the press? When you go to court you need actual proof as in legal docs? Has anyone seen those? I haven't but if someone has then KRY is in deep !#$#$#.

IMO these guys are basing this on media reports and we know that the media does not stand up in court and when you are talking VZ it doesn't even stand up if you were trying to hold it up yourself. No case zilch...nada.

IMO these guys heard something in the media (whether true or not) and are jumping on the bandwagon to be first in to get their share of the pie IF and WHEN anything were to happen. If nothing were to happen then they covered their bases....if something were to happen then good on them but I think they are a little early to the game because nothing legally has happened.

They just jumped the gun on media speculation....makes me kind of laugh...maybe these people also follow Roy...LOL
