IMO the bond holders have no case. Number one KRY says they are taking this from the media. I know you can't always believe what a company says.

Number two if the bond holders know something the shareholders don't then KRY has some serious problems.

KRY has always said if there is material information they report it immediately. Does anyone think that when the bond holders came out with their suit and that KRY said they were taking this from comments made in the press that KRY was then not telling the truth?
