Vet, what is a Concession, and how does it differ from a Contract.

It's my understanding that a Concession constitutes "fee simple" ownership of the land and mineral rights. Is this correct? And who owns the land and mineral rights of Las Brisas?

In order to end my confusion would you please explain which is in a better position, KRY with its Contract with CVG, or Gold Reserves with its Concession.
