Dave,

My take is that RMLFF must absolutely contact individual share holders of GRZ to make their deal fly. About 40% of the GRZ holders are institutional. About 37 percent of KRY shares are owned by institutions.

RMLFF needs to get at least 43% of the individuals to submit their shares, assuming that all institutions submit their shares, which may not be the case. If not all institutions are submitting, then they absolutely need individual share holders to submit.

Although it may feel like being beaten into submission, it is just business. This does present a unique opportunity for the GRZ share holder in the short term. See my previous post:
