Hondo, I really don't think that it is related to Vanessa (aka Finito) arbitration.

Vanessa has advanced their claimed losses, and the Venezuela position is that the concession was cancelled and could not be legally transferred so nothing that happens there now should be of any relevance to the case IMO.

I see this one (Finito) a the only arbitration currently filed against Venezuela where Hugo has the better chances to win (far better than 50%), all the rest appear losers for him. If and when GRZ or KRY would follow that route, they too would have very strong cases, which should have been conveyed to Hugo if he has good legal representation.

But then, silly me, I also think that the chances of RML getting GRZ is low, and its chances of getting KRY are a snowball in that very hot place; not to say that some lame worthless RML share offer wouldn't bump our SP -- just would have no realistic value.
