I have been involved in KRY since 2004. I have recently joined the Crystallex hub at Agoracom. Yes, I know you have recieved many e-mails from somewhat disgruntled investors.

What I am concerded about, and feel that there can be something done about it, is all the articles, interviews, and PR, that are either bashing KRY with untruths, half truths, rumors that were never checked up on, and snippets of conversation that are embellished on. ETC. ETC. ETC.
I think I understand that you are in a difficult position, and probably have your hands tied, as to what you can say. I'm assuming ( I know, a dangerous thing to do ), that there are things happening behind the scenes.

I don't even think I'm going to ask you questions relating to issues. What I and many shareholders are concerned about is that NOBODY is correcting the various media outputs, print @ video and on-line, etc. I can see that it might be awkward for you to do, but certainly you must have some contacts in the media/writers/reporters circles, who could write something that would get in the news paper ( finacial post, like James West did ), or for an on-line investment or trading site? There doesn't seem to me to be a reason why this should not happen. We who are quite knowledgeable about the goings on, pretty much know when the b@$#% is flying, but the mainstream investor hasn't a clue. When they read, hear, or see these items in the media, they take it in, and after so many of them, it will defintely affect how they look at an investment in KRY.

If you would be so kind as to tell me what the problem is that has been stoppin gyou from doing this yourself, and why you have not had a person connected to the media do it.

Many many of the investors, are people who's friends had convinced them that this was a hot deal, over several years. Quite possibley good friendships, and family relationships have been affected. We at Agoracom have faith, sometimes barely. But we have done a huge amount of D.D. Please take this seriously. I am not asking you to have anything put out directly related to the progress, or lack of. Just do something that starts to set the record straight.
