This problem is a bit of a twister.

Kry cannot sale without VZ permission because will be in breach of contract.

Rusoro cannot buy Kry because could be left with a shell of a company without the VZ consent which they haven't got up to date.

The VZ government does not want to commit because that would leave Crystallex with a large claim for breach of contract .

The only easy way out for everyone would be to give the permit to Kry and then let the numbers find a solution.
