We have ask and rercieved. If there is nothing to report, it's either because there is nothing, or there are wheels turning, but they are not allowed to say anything. Management gave VZ the 6 month 'warning', in November, so now we wait. Rusoro is little and brash, with nothing to lose. This permit thing is delicate, and seeing as there has been NO communication with managment from VZ of any changes or refusals, then it is best to act with respect. I do believe that there are wheels turning in the background, but managents hands are tied re: talking about it. It's a GOOD thing that we haven't been getting press releases in a negative light. This stock is very volitile, and it's better to say nothing, than to come out with a wishy-washy vague statement, that may very well frighted people off.

Have faith, as many of us have been in this for years, and we feel pretty good right know.
