Agapov interview is very reveling , the timing has been manipulated by Vheadline and it is obvious that the interview has been called by Rusoro or at least wanted by them.

First thing that i noticed was the smile on his face which looked kind of smug ,the face of a guy that knows more then it is telling you.

Agapov is talking about how fair the offer is and he mentioned "yesterday "GRZ SP ; this occurred on the day of the interview which is way back then and not as near to Jan. 5.

When asked about Grz the main thought was , that they have no chance of a permit [inside info] and the company has no future [smug attitude ].

Asked about Kry he didn't want to comment and he was surprised that Kry had money to survive till the third quarter [ blatant lie ].

Point is that Agapov knows what Sanz decisions are ,in general ,and he is taking time to weary everybody out acting for a third party.

Entering this process with a low profile and low ball takeover offers will produce the low cost buy out .

When asked about Goldfield being a buyer in the end , Agapov said there was no need too because Goldfield was already their biggest shareholder.

This is where all the money is coming from in the end.

Lurking in the dark in this business pays big rewards specially when there is somebody else doing your dirty work.

The problem holding the progress of RML-Goldfield venture is Kry contract ,where they cannot find an inexpensive way to buy it out ,and Grz stubbornness not to concede to the takeover.
