"Dilution" is a relative term that I think needs to be defined further. There's

1. "Perceived Dilution" - which I would call dilution from from the point we THINK the stock should be valued at given known reserves etc. ($6.00 - $8.00 - $10.00 range)

or

2. "Absolute Dilution" - which is the point most of us feel we need to get to in order to break even ($1.00 - $3.00 range).



I can live with "Perceived Dilution".

"Absolute Dilution" (where we are now) ties my stomach up in knots.
