I wouldn't take RML shares for Kry if they offered 100 to one. I wouldn't be able to sell them since the day after the exchange RML would drop to .01. I can a dollar a share from Kry soon enough.

That said I actually own some RML warrants that expire in 2012. I'm up 100% on them but don't plan to hold them much longer. I'll wait till after the GRZ bid is over just in case they actually get GRZ.
