In the mix of all these possible solutions and discussion i am wondering how much time Crystallex has got on their plate to enact the mining and fend off the incoming problems from the disillusioned investors to the former shareholders .

1] I know as from now that we have money until the last quarter of 2009.

2] I also know that we have notified Mibam and ass. that we will go to arbitration by the beginning of may if there is no answers to our request for the permit.

Everybody seams to think that the lawsuit is long coming and probably inadmissible because of" no fault " of the company .

I don't hear or see any discussion on this board about our fellow investors which in order to save their money are preempting their move and rocking the boat to the point of sinking it .

Can we afford to pay them off or make them realize that is critical for the company the we need every single penny to achieve the gaol with a lawsuit if the permit becomes redundant.
